Today we combined eating and sight seeing!
We had breakfast at the hostel and it was another delicious salad. They also gave us a milk tea dessert which was amazing.
For lunch we went to the Kuromon Markets. It’s a food market with mostly seafood. You go up to any stall and ask for a skewer and they grill it right in front of you. I pretty much tried everything, it was all so fresh and flavoursome.
Tonight we cooked our own dinner with Eat Osaka. We learnt how to make a tradional Japanese home meal with side dishes, miso soup and dessert! Again we saw how everything the Japanese do has meaning, there’s even a proper way to display the plates.
